Brief Bio:

Mr. Padmore Adu-Antwi holds an MPhil (Seed Science and Technology) from the West Africa Centre for Crop Improvement (WACCI), University of Ghana, Legon and a BSc. Agriculture (Agribusiness) from the same university. He tutored and supervised students of Higher National Diploma in General Agriculture and Agribusiness related modules. He has worked on a number of projects with NGOs such as Learn4Work, Alamnyaki Group, Africa in Motion, and GIZ. He was part of the team that pioneered the development of the first Competency-Based Training Modules for Agriculture Technical Vocational Education and Training (ATVET) sponsored by GIZ and MoFA. He was the Agronomy-Lead for AMG/Agrowave Fertilisers between 2020-2021 where he spearheaded a number of farmer engagements on crop nutrition and the patronage of certified improved seeds. He has worked on improving the viability of soybean seeds in storage using antioxidants as seed treatments.
