Brief bio
I am a dedicated Assistant Research Scientist at the Postharvest Section of the CSIR-Crops Research Institute, I focus on improving agricultural produce quality and shelf life. With a blend of engineering and postharvest technology expertise, my work is dedicated to improving postharvest handling, storage, and processing techniques to reduce losses and enhance the quality and marketability of agricultural produce.
