Key Areas of Research: He has varied interest in agricultural food crops’ value chain with special research interest in the development of appropriate postharvest technologies, biochemical analyses, sensory evaluation as well as exploring processing avenues to add value to food crops to transform food crops and under-utilized agricultural produce in Ghana into forms that are marketable, consumer-acceptable and have excellent post-harvest characteristics through research.
